With 15 years experience in the Australian recruitment market, and a reputation for getting results, Ken is also CEO of an offshore staffing consultancy with offices around the world, and a Brisbane lead generation marketing firm. The Willow Group employs around 300 staff globally and continues to grow. His portfolio of businesses includes Willow Recruitment and My Offshore Team.
